The gel tabs ARE COMPLETELY HARD LIKE HARD PLASTIC AND COULD NOT BE SOFTLY PRESSED. No way anyone can swallow something that hard, i would think it is a choking hazard. Also, UNABLE TO RETURN, NO RETURNS OFFERED! So now i am stuck with this TRASH and wasted my entire $$$. Scammers!
