Upon set-up, I had difficulty (set-up instructions are not very good, just call the provided customer service number, and they will get you set-up and running), so I needed to contact the listed customer service help number provided within the included instructional set-up literature within the carrying case. To my surprise, I was extremely pleased with my contact to their customer service. The woman went "above and beyond" to assure my complete satisfaction with set-up and use of the product; as well, she was amazingly helpful, kind, proficient and a willing customer service rep. It got so bad that I finally took to desertcart to try a new product. After a bit of research, I decided to go with a corded product this time around hoping the power was enough for my dogs' thick nails. This was delivered today and I am beyond pleased. In thirty minutes I was able to do both dogs' nails. The power held up perfectly; the speed of the grinder was just right, and it worked flawlessly to stop the incessant click-clack as they walk across my hardwood floor. I mean I know it's only been one use, but I definitely recommend this product. It just doesn't open enough for the stem of the drum.** A: On my grinder, the instructions didn't work. No matter how hard I tried to force the stem into the collet nut hole area, it wouldn't go in. If you still can't get the attachment to fit into the hole, do this...Remove the collet nut completely. Then pull out the copper-colored insert (this is what you are supposed to put the stem into). Now, force the stem into the hole to open it up a little. Then pull the stem back out and reassemble the insert and collet nut, but don't tighten it yet. Push the stem into the insert. Now it should fit without any problems. Finally, tighten up the collet nut.Rather than typing out the same instructions you get in the box, or telling you to call customer service, Dana should have just told you how she finally got it to work. **Q: Where can I get new replacement bands? Do I have to buy the whole 10 dollar kit each time I need new bands?** A: I'm not sure where to get them now, but years ago I bought about 50 from the company who made the original Peticure. Will update review if anything changes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Second delivery was good *by H***S on February 24, 2021* I purchased this to replace an older model, and the first item I received was missing the collet nut to hold the dremel band and stem onto the motorized handle side. Return was fairly easy and once the replacement was delivered I brought the first one to Kohls for quick and easy return. The second item was perfect, no missing pieces, and worked as expected. I've used this many times now with my dogs and the cord is long enough to make this easy to use.
