A: When I asked an ophthalmologist, the advice was to get them from an optical shop

A: I’m not sure how to answer this , but it comes with a little blue flashlight and paper.  When you flash blue light on paper, it turns blue/purple.  When you put it behind the glasses, and flash blue light, it stays white!
