**Q: Is this model good for flat feet?**
A: I have flat feet and this model adds some comfort and some support.  It is light weight, so it is not a professional insert.  They were recommended by my chiropractor.

**Q: Can these be worn for athletic activities such as running and playing tennis?**
A: Absolutely, I wear them during trail runs up to 60km with no problems even when wet or muddy. For piece of mind you may want to apply double sided tape to stop them moving when put on or off. But they do not slip or move during heavy use. Additionally, these have just about cured my PF issues, I wear them at all times when wearing any shoes or trainers.

**Q: Interesting why does my heel of my foot hurt worse when inserting the soles? The insert doesn't reach anywhere near the toes. It's three inches short**
A: Depending on the severity of your plantar fasciitis. It will cause your arch to be lifted into place. It can be tender until you get use to it. It will also help if you do a calf stretch for the plantar fascists. As far as the length it will be short because it is for the arch not an all over cushion.

**Q: how long before you should replace them? I wear them everyday**
A: I wear mine everyday to. I replace mine when i buy new shoes which is about every six months.

I can actually play racquetball for a few hours without problems, but I think that's endorphins masking the pain, because an hour after playing and for days at a time, OMG my feet hurt sooo bad. I've been to podiatrists and they always say plantar fasciitis and sell me clunky Velcro on on to your foot and ankle orthopedic devices that supposedly stretch the muscle that connects the muscle on the bottom of your foot to your heel. To me, all they did was make it hard to sleep. And no matter how tight I tried to get them on, they wouldn't hold my foot in the correct position. These have been the best inserts I’ve tried so far to relieve my plantar fasciitis. This is my third pair. I pair them with Brookes shoes. I haven’t had a flair up since.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good insert for my running shoes

I got these to refresh the insert in my running shoes prior to a half marathon. They tend to creep forward unless held in place with some tape. Otherwise, I like them. I have had Achilles tendon injuries but good inserts like these help avoid them.
