MEINL utilizes a B10 bronze alloy to make these cymbals pack a loud and bright punch with rich musical tones. Included in this Classics Custom set of cymbals are 14" medium hi hats, a 16" medium crash, 20" medium ride, and a 18" medium crash. These commonly found cymbal sizes will complete a drum set up and offer a full range of sounds for players to dig in and let their voice be heard. The Classics Custom 14" medium hi hats provide a crisp, bright \"chick\" sound with excellent stick definition. These hi hats have a medium range pitch with plenty of cut and projection that allows them to easily blend well on stage. The 16" and 18" medium crashes have an immediate response with a full-bodied sustain mixed with mid-ranged tones to provide a great overall wash. The 20" medium ride combines a well-defined ping with a shimmering sustain and mid-range pitched undertones. The bell is penetrating, yet not overpowering for adding colorful accents or when the music level has peaked. Classics Custom cymbals are recommended for most styles of music, including Metal, Rock, Pop, Fusion, and Studio. The MEINL cymbal cleaner (model# MCCL) works great to restore and maintain shine on these brilliant finish cymbals. ## Features - MADE IN GERMANY: Classics Custom Brilliant cymbals are made at the Meinl Cymbal factory in Gutenstetten, Germany; they're formed with high-tech German engineering for consistent bright tone, powerful feel, and durability across all models - WHY IT MATTERS: these cymbals will make your kit sound and look professional; plus, the big assortment makes it easy to find your voice whether it's just one piece or a matching complete set - WHAT'S IN THE BOX: 14" hihats (top and bottom), 16" crash, 20" ride, plus a FREE 18" crash - DRIVING THE SOUND: made of durable B12 bronze alloy weighted and shaped for loud volume and controlled sustain; fully lathed surfaces with brilliant finish produce clean tone, and precision hammering dials-in musical frequencies - THE UPSIDE FOR YOU: you'll be heard next to distortion charged guitar amps or in wide-open, large rooms with a bright cymbal cut that doesn't overtake or ring out forever - OF NOTE: these are all medium weight Classics Custom cymbals; medium weight gives the cymbals a wide dynamic range - BEST FOR: rock, metal, fusion, worship; ALSO GREAT FOR: high-energy pop, R&B, funk - THE TAKEAWAY: Classics Custom Brilliant is for you if you like powerful cymbals with clean tone, bright attack, and a controlled sustain; their expert German craftsmanship is built to last ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00503NEPU | | Best Sellers Rank | #41,032 in Musical Instruments ( See Top 100 in Musical Instruments ) #106 in Crash Cymbals | | Body Material | B12 Bronze | | Brand | Meinl Percussion | | Brand Name | Meinl Percussion | | Color | Brilliant | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 81 Reviews | | Finish Type | Copper,Metal | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00840553006407 | | Included Components | not included | | Item Dimensions | 22 x 22 x 4 inches | | Item Type Name | Classics Custom Bonus Cymbal Box Set Pack, Brilliant — MADE IN GERMANY — Great for Rock, Metal and Fusion, 2-YEAR WARRANTY | | Item Weight | 16 ounces | | Item dimensions L x W x H | 22 x 22 x 4 inches | | Manufacturer | Meinl USA L.C. | | Material | B12 Bronze | | Model Name | Classics Custom Brilliant Complete Set | | Model Number | CC141620 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Part Number | CC-141620+18 | | Set Name | Cymbal Box Set | | UPC | 840553006407 | | Warranty Description | Meinl warrants all meinl cymbals from defects in material or workmanship.
