He also has the matching lead. I highly recommend both.As the proud owner of 4 dogs (2 Dachshunds, a Chihuahua and a French Bulldog) and as someone who has owned dogs for over 20 years, in my experience, Lupine collars (and leads) are the most long-lasting and best that you can buy. Here is why:1) I already mentioned that they are strong, durable, and well-constructed. Bar-tack stitching ensures they won't come apart.2) They come in a variety of sizes, lengths, widths and colors with fun, stylish designs that are stitched into the webbing of the woven nylon and won't scratch or wash off.3) They can be washed in the washing machine and laid out to dry.4) The clasp is strong and secure and won't pop or pull open unexpectedly, and the tines of the clasp won't warp, bend or lose their shape for no reason as I have unfortunately experienced with another brand of collar which I had to then cut off my dog with scissors because the clasp wouldn't open.5) The D-ring is made of sturdy welded steel.6) Matching leads are available that have a strong, durable, zinc-plated trigger snap that swivels so the lead doesn't get twisted, and a padded handle that is very comfortable to hold when walking your dog.7) And best of all Lupine collars and leads are made in the USA in Conway, New Hampshire and are guaranteed EVEN IF CHEWED. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ great product quality and company values *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on August 21, 2015* Lupine has always had great products and this is no different. Sturdy hardware (the slider to adjust the size and the connector are both heavy duty plastic, the D ring is metal), heavyweight material (not cheap ribbon but actual collar material). The best part of it all though is that the company backs its products and if your dog does wind up chewing through it or breaking it, you send it back and they replace it free of charge. This design is, I believe, discontinued but I had to buy another as the original collar belonged to one of my boxers that passed away and was buried with his collar on, and my boxer now uses the leash that matches it, so we had to be fashionable and make sure he looked out together on our walks!Although I do wish that this wasn't discontinued so I could have bought the 1inch wide collar instead, I'm still very satisfied and pretty happy I found this on Amazon after searching up and down for it elsewhere. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ cute collar *by J***E on Reviewed in the United States on February 11, 2014* I am a black and white doggie and this collar accents my coat beautifully.
