Ne strofino prima una piccola quantità, sulle zone interessate, poi ne aggiungo un po', sempre massaggiando, e lascio in posa come da istruzioni. Aggiungo, inoltre, che ho scelto, dopo qualche applicazione, di non usare la pellicola, in quanto mi sembrava davvero uno spreco enorme di plastica, optando per dei pantaloni in cartene (tipo quelli che usano le estetiste). Con i pantaloni mi sembra che facciano di più il loro effetto, il calore ed il pizzichio si percepiscono molto di più. Al momento, dopo le applicazioni, la pelle è liscia ed idratata. Vedo un leggero cambiamento nello stato delle zone che tratto. Ho preso le misure pre-trattamento, delle zone sulle quali li applico, ed ogni tanto faccio dei controlli, al momento ho perso 2 cm su ogni parte trattata. Al momento devo dire che mi sto trovando molto bene.

Premetto che non faccio sport, soprattutto in questo periodo per via delle temperature, e che seguo un'alimentazione sana (ma da sempre quindi non inficia sul risultato). Sto utilizzando i fanghi come da programma, da una settimana e mezza. Ne strofino prima una piccola quantità, sulle zone interessate, poi ne aggiungo un po', sempre massaggiando, e lascio in posa come da istruzioni.
