Review: Great looking rash guard, personally needed a bigger size - I love the design of this rash guard. It offers a great blend of a cool, fashionable design on the sleeve whilst being fairly subtle in the other 80% of the top. It makes a nice change from the Tatami tops, which are the most popular in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at the moment and that have huge, bold, graphics across the whole shirt. The dragon design is nice and clear with the overall floral pattern looking really high quality. The white LAFROI logo on the wrist of the opposite sleeve I'm not too crazy about. It's made of a different material to the rest of the shirt and in Jiu Jitsu it may be frowned upon as could offer a little grip to either me or my opponent depending on the position. It's nothing too extreme, but noticeable. For most sports it won't be an issue. Looking through the reviews, many people were suggesting that you order a size down. I was actually between sizes - the size guide said at 80KG I was a medium/large. That said, I'm pretty top heavy, with a larger chest and not so large legs. I ordered the medium on the basis of many reviews saying to size down and when it arrived it was far too tight for me. Although I could get it on, I found my shoulders and back aching after a short while where the compression was too tight. As such, I returned the medium for a large and found it a much better fit for me (again, I'm 80kg and around 5'10 - top heavy frame). I'd say that if you have a thick build, unless you want/need a skin tight fit then do consider sizing up if you're near the tipping point of sizes. The fit of the shirt once I got the right shirt was quite nice. I personally liked the fact that you have a tight chest/shoulders, but the length of the arms and torso means there's a bit of looseness there. Although I picked this up for Jiu Jitsu where you do want the rash guard to be fairly tight, I think this little bit of give is perfectly fine and helps a lot with comfort and mobility. I would say that the materials the shirt is made from are thicker than some rash guards, which I think is why the 'skin tight' fit isn't the most comfortable and I personally preferred to go a little looser via a bigger size. Once I got a size I was happy with though, I really loved the fit and feel. Overall, this is a superb rash guard for the price. I really love the design and once I got the sizing right the fit and feel is perfect too.
Review: Good Fit Across Two Sizes - i bought this top to wear while swimming in a hot country and it gave great sun protect protection, the material is light and dries really quickly. It kept it's shape and when I dropped a size it still fitted! Could also be worn as an under-shirt, would definitely recommend.

**Q: Do the white shirts stay white when wet or do they go transparent like normal shirts?**
A: The white arm on mine do not go transparent when wet but a full white top might be a little translucent.
They are thick tops and quite stretchy so if its not too small for you, you might be ok.

**Q: im 5ft9 and 77kg what size would you recommend for me, i take the medium size in aeroready addidas tops if that helps though that is not a compression**
A: if compression is preferred, go for size M.

A: I would go for 2XL as the 3XL I have fits nicely on me and I’m 6ft and 130kgs+. They are very good value for money.

I love the design of this rash guard. It offers a great blend of a cool, fashionable design on the sleeve whilst being fairly subtle in the other 80% of the top. i bought this top to wear while swimming in a hot country and it gave great sun protect protection, the material is light and dries really quickly. It kept it's shape and when I dropped a size it still fitted! Could also be worn as an under-shirt, would definitely recommend.

Pretty good overall, tight fitting and comfortable, maybe bit tight under the arms. Not the thinnest, I bought for Motorcycle base layer but only in moderate to cooler temperatures, not for the heat I’d actually bought it for. When it’s 30 - 40 degrees, it’s Zerofit every time!
