Review: Bright, fairly easy install, would love this in a daylight temp though - Replaced older halogen low voltage lights in our yard, so in my case, the cable was already in place and I was just swapping out our old lights with these new lights. Below are pros and cons, but I will say that the cons are simply minor issues that do not take anything away from how great these lights are. In my case, my cable was already in place so I didn't have the luxury of laying it out and comfortably working on a nice, flat deck/garden area. Instead, I was leaning into shrubs, bushes, planter beds . . . working with small connectors and a small allen wrench . . . made me feel like I was all thumbs. If you are laying these out in a new install and have the luxury of being able to work comfortably, then the connections should pose no problem. I only struggled because my layout meant I was on my belly, knees or hunched over trying to work among branches and growth. On more than several occasions, I dropped a piece of the connector and had to rummage through leaves and mulch to try to find it. The connector pieces are the only parts of these lights that are plastic. I was cautious with these. On the one hand, they require some pressure to screw down because the pin needs to pierce the cable. On the other hand, they are plastic and I didn't want to strip the threads. Assuming they won't be taken on and off once they're connected, stripping the threads with on-off use shouldn't be a concern. I initially followed the recommendation of a previous reviewer and waited to attach the stake to the light until after I pushed the stake into the ground. The previous reviewer suggested doing this because the stake bent a bit when pushing it into hard soil. After struggling with the first two, I changed strategy and attached all the stakes to the lights beforehand. I found it easier to have them connected ahead of time because the little screw that connects the stake to the light is tiny and requires an allen wrench - - not easy to do once the stake is in the ground. I just used a weeder to create a hole if the soil was packed and hard. Pros: - these screw-on connectors are a huge improvement compared to squeeze-together or screw-on connectors - small sized lights, but they are incredibly and surprisingly bright - - they even light up branches high up in the trees and wash the full height of walls with light - all metal construction - - only the connector pieces are plastic Cons: - connector pieces are small and the screw that holds the stake into the light requires an allen wrench ( it's provided) - the connector pieces are plastic - - the only parts of these lights that aren't metal. - would love it if the color temp was a bit cooler - - it's a warm white; probably around a 2800-3000k - - I'd love a 4000-4500k temp All being said, I'd buy these again in a heartbeat.

**Q: I need to spread these 12 lights out over 200 feet, any advice on gauge size and transformer**
A: 300 watt Kiwi transformer is great, as it has dual tap. If each run is about 100feet, 14-2 wire is okay, but if your run is entirely 200 feet, I'd recommend 12-2. You will experience little or no lighting lumen loss in either scenario. A 200 watt transformer may be an issue if you run 200 feet on one line as there may be wattage loss on this length. As you know, you already have 144 watts drawn just for the lights. Best wishes.

**Q: Is there an App or remote to control the lights I can purchase?**
A: You will need to buy a electric timer to set when you would like these to come on and go off…. The lights do not come with a power supply…..

**Q: Can the glass lens be replaced?**
A: Don’t believe so. The up side is they last long and inexpensive.

**Q: How do I submit a warranty claim?  2 of my 24 lights (purchased in May and June 2021) have failed and your support website, will not respond.**
A: I had a similar issue with one light, but after a period of time, customer issued a credit for the faulty unit. This may take time, but I'd recommend spacing working units a little closer until the credit, or new one arrives. I did not need new unit(s). Best wishes. Get someone on the phone, don't try to handle "on line"

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They are very bright and reasonably reliable

I have purchased two sets of these over a the past couple years. They work great - but be warned - they are bright and you do not want them aimed into anyone eyes. The output color seems cooler than 2700, but but warmer than 3300K. The connectors are a little tight onto twelve gauge outdoor wire, but pushing against a small solid board as a mini, on the ground, work-bench made things much easier. Connecting the LED leads into the connectors "screw"and "pinch" scheme is a little trickier, but after a couple, I got the hang of it and did not have to re-strip , re-tin (solder) or re-work any more. After two years for the 1st set, I had one failure - likely due to water intrusion. For my second set one light fixture that was missing the cap which holds the wires in place. I contacted Sunvie customer support through their web site. A human responded and after ending a couple pictures - was promptly (days) sent two replacement fixtures. A great DIY set for our Northern California yard. If we had snow, humidity, or much summer rain, I might expect them to succumb to water damage more quickly - but that's just a guess. Would buy again for the next bit of yard to light up. And for the price, I simply plan to keep a couple spares on hand.
