**Q: Just bought it , aug 2020 , problem still not fixed.. how do you lock it to stay in upright robot position? Will aend back todif i cant figure it out!**
A: The one we bought does the same thing, I apologize I don't know the answer

**Q: how do we get it to lock into the robot mode?**
A: Put in the batteries and the car does it's transformations by itself. You only have to turn it on.

**Q: What does the robot say?**
A: It only makes noise.  No actual talking.

**Q: When it transforms yo s robot, it won’t stay in place. What’s wrong?**
A: It was broken wen receive I wouldn't recommend asked for a replacement that said sure...never received a new one

This is not a true transformer. It requires a battery and is nonstop noise and flashing lights. It does stand as noted in item pictures, and rolls around a bit while flashing lights and making noise. 3 y/o grandson loves it but if you’re looking for a real transformer this is not it. We also bought the red Dino transformer-type toy but haven’t given it to him as we feel his parents have enough noise to deal with!
