I am very picky about the sleep supplements that I take (or any supplements I ingest for that matter!) In the past I have had to purchase melatonin separately, but when I notice Medulla Zzz contains 3mg of Melatonin and also Valerian I was curious. I also was wondering how much Passion Flower would enhance the blend. I took one pills the first night, It took about 45 minutes to take effect and slept through the night. I woke with no hangover or sluggish feelings. I continued to take one pills as needed, After one particular stressful day ( busy job and two kids) I tossed and turned for an hour and a half, I decided to take one more capsule and fell into a deep slumber.
