I used the velox rim tape to secure the spoke's nipple access and the stans rim tape to make the rim air tight. the 10mm velox rim tape is perfect for the xm317 rims because it was narrow enough to allow exposed metal contact for the stans notubes 21mm rim tape. the velox rim tape also reduces the chance that the sharp edges do not cut the stans notubes rim tape. I used the injector to put in 2-oz of sealant via the valve stem. this process is less messy than trying to put the sealant via the bead/rim gap or mounting the bead. no leaks or loss of air after 40 miles of riding as of this post! AWESOME!!!
