I have full control through the App, the controller unit is connected to the wifi so I don't have to get down in the crawlspace to adjust anything. I will follow up with install pics and performance feedback but as of now, I could not be happier. When the fan is not running the shutters stay closed to keep out critters and cold air. I expect drastic changes in the crawl space humidity while I address water ingress issues on the exterior. I tried a 120 pint a day dehumidifier that didn't touch the humidity levels. Perfectly spaced studs that are precisely 1.5" wide will leave 14.5" between them. My fan needed closer to 14.75", but my studs were not precisely spaced and it fit perfectly. Chances are you could chisel out a bit of the stud to make room, but if your studs are imprecisely mounted closer than 16" on center it could be problematic. Unfortunately you can't really tell until you expose your studs. **Q: S14 and t14 to same controller** A: Believe the only difference between the S14 and T14 is the controller. The T14 comes with the nicer digital controller. So if your looking to add a S14 to either your T14 controller or AC controller 67 it should work just fine. I currently have a S14 plugged into a controller 67. **Q: Comparing T12 &T14 diagrams fan cages are same same size 13.11, suggesting minimum cut out size? I have 14.5 between studs** A: I don't think the cage sizes are the same. It's about 2", so T12 would be about 14". **Q: Can I add the S14 to a T10 system which shows that it can drive 2 fans from one controller?** A: I have two fans running on one variable speed control that’s run off of a temp control. Easy to operate and put in. My roof vents don’t work well because they covered the openings with felt. The attic would become boiling and cause the second floor to become so hot during the day. Installation was simple. Had to install a plug in the attic for the wire but other than that it was simple to set the high temp limit and watch it turn on when it hit the temp and then turn off when it reached below the limit.
