Review: Lightweight, well made and easy for me to drag around. - This is a great hose. I have dragged it all over the yard. I try my best to remember to cut it off at night, but it stays on most of the time during the day. I know many of you will laugh, but it is light enough and clean enough that I drag the hose through my house to water my indoor plants! It is so long I can even drag it through my front door to water the porch plants. So for the money it really is a great product. I would definitely repurchase if needed. I have found that it is kink resistant, but you still have to straighten it out occasionally. Great value, easy to use, and so far, it does not leak at the connections.

I bought this hose a couple of years ago, and the sprinkler nozzle started leaking and the stream of water failed to shut off unless I pulled back on the handle. I contacted J&B XpandaHose and reported the problem on June 2 I got a reply the next day, June 3, asking for a copy of my desertcart invoice and a picture showing the issue. This company sent the replacement on June 4, and I received it on June 5th. You really have to admire a company that stands by their warrantee and has this kind of customer service. Importantly, both my wife and I really like this expandable hose. It is soooo much easier watering the flowers around the house, without having to struggle with a heavy, stiff, kink able regular hose. When we are finished using this hose, It easily coils back into a large flowerpot, for use the next time.

This is a great hose. I have dragged it all over the yard. I try my best to remember to cut it off at night, but it stays on most of the time during the day. I know many of you will laugh, but it is light enough and clean enough that I drag the hose through my house to water my indoor plants! It is so long I can even drag it through my front door to water the porch plants. So for the money it really is a great product. I would definitely repurchase if needed. Can't beat their customer service. I bought this hose a couple of years ago, and the sprinkler nozzle started leaking and the stream of water failed to shut off unless I pulled back on the handle. I contacted J&B XpandaHose and reported the problem on June 2 I got a reply the next day, June 3, asking for a copy of my Amazon invoice and a picture showing the issue. This company sent the replacement on June 4, and I received it on June 5th. You really have to admire a company that stands by their warrantee and has this kind of customer service. Importantly, both my wife and I really like this expandable hose. First, I should say that I never want any hose other than this one. I love the lightness of the hose and how easy it is to carry around, and it's stretchability is amazing! As childish as this sounds, I also get a lot entertainment value out of it. When I turn the water on and watch the hose uncurl like a snake, I could sit and watch it do this over and over. But what I really want other customers to know is that J&B's customer service support is probably the most outstanding I've ever experienced. They aren't kidding when they say their products have a lifetime warranty. I had a leaking problem with the hose nozzle and contacted them over a weekend. A few hours later, I heard back from one of the owners telling me that my replacement was on the way. In a world where many businesses make it difficult or almost impossible for customers to get a warranty replacement without groing through all sorts of gyrantions, I was astounded about the ease and speed with which J&B responded to my request. Great business to deal with! Highly recommend them not only for their wonderful products but their follow-up responsiveness to customers.
