While I don't think they are lying in their reviews, I just don't trust them completely. That said, I needed a running pouch to hold my large LG V10 phone and go around my fat boy waist. The dimensions listed when I bought it worked, however when I got it and tried it on it didn't really go around me. At the time I wore a size 42 pant and could just barely make the velcro touch, I have continued losing weight and wear a 38 now and it fits pretty securely. As for my phone, if I leave the very slim case on it just barely makes it in the pouch, case off it goes in easier. I believe the idea is to wear this with the pouch in front, but I have found that when I jog, the phone smacks me in an area that I would prefer to not be smacked in, so I wear it with the pouch behind me. I am going to run my first 5k this weekend and I have confidence that this will serve me well.
