The tape only sticks to itself so when you start wrapping the harness you have to make the first wrap completely around and back to itself before you continue on wrapping. And how many rolls does this order come with ?** A: 20 rolls per pack And 3m says that it is nonconductive so it should work. However friction tape has to be wrapped on itself in order to stick so getting it on a cable may be difficult. **Q: does this have a adhesive or does it only stick to itself** A: It's friction tape.
