Next time I decided to read the directions and as the day went on, it was the first day my ankle was not in total pain as it had been for the past month. Great support, great fit. I wear a 13 men's and bought the large. Make sure the heel of the device is in the very back of the shoe before slipping foot in the shoe. Make sure the device maintains that position before velcroing it up. The device does not remove all the pain but it certainly makes it bearable. My specialist guided me to this device while we wait for custom supports to be made (5-6 weeks). I highly recommend this device . . . just read the directions and watch the videos!

I wear a 13 men's and bought the large. Make sure the heel of the device is in the very back of the shoe before slipping foot in the shoe. Make sure the device maintains that position before velcroing it up. The device does not remove all the pain but it certainly makes it bearable. My specialist guided me to this device while we wait for custom supports to be made (5-6 weeks). I highly recommend this device . . . just read the directions and watch the videos!

Very Cheaply Made, the plastic is flimsy, thin and the Velcro that comes with it is so tiny and short that if you have calves bigger than a soda can, it won't fit.

The sizing is not a good fit the side digs into my ankle which prevents the purpose of supporting my ankle. Plastic not sturdy enough.
