Kept my hair dry and in good condition, but not so tight they give you a headache. It really makes a difference in pool maintenance, if you have your own pool. They lasted all summer and are still in perfect shape - no tears. The silicone material is nice and soft, and it seems realy durable. It doesn't snag my hair or feel too tight, which is good.The only thing that kept me from giving it a full five stars is the water tightness. It keeps most of my hair dry, but I still get a little bit of water around my hairline and on my ears. I try to make sure I pull it down all the way, but sometimes it slides up a little bit. Still, it's way better than any other swim cap I've tried for my hair length, and getting two for the price is a fantastic deal.
