(also in photos with cuff) I've cleaned the band and earrings with a soft toothbrush and soap or baking soda and gently scrub the stones. I finish by dabbing with a cotton ball soaked with isopropyl alcohol. The baking soda probably isn't ideal for gold plated so I don't use that very often, but it works well for my band especially after gardening.
