I thought I may be able to use these, as suggested, for therapeutic work as I'm a therapist. Primarily these cards and the text are amateurish and even ridiculously immature at times. The card Airplane says "spread your wings and fly," not terribly original. There is a card called "Alien" which in the book among other ridiculous advice under MESSAGE reads "...learn to wave your 'freak flag' with pride." Even teens I know and work with would find this deck too young and silly.The concept of these cards is ill-conceived. The idea that anyone would need to pull a card and then meditate on it to elicit a dream on that subject (this is what the book advises) is senseless. Dream work should come from symbols already in one's life or subconscious, not from an oracle card. If the book and cards were significantly better written, I could see a deck like this potentially making sense if it were titled "symbolic oracle" but even then the book would need to be completely revamped.If one wants to do dream-work you are far off better buying any of the wonderful books on dreams or a dream-dictionary.The artwork however is quite beautiful and has a sort of retro-60's feel to it. I was expecting something far more elevated and intellectual. However if you want to toss the book and use these differently for symbolic work you won't be disappointed with the lovely images. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My Dream come true! *by B***R on Reviewed in the United States on July 16, 2013* The guide book that comes with the cards give three aspects, "Message", "Meaning" and "Mantra". Kelly Sullivan Walden's message for each card give suggestions and honors the individual to explore further as they become more attuned to their own inner guidance. The meaning portion of the guide allows for different shades of how an image might fit into one's dreaming symbols and possibly get a better grasp on their own subconscious lexicon of imagery. The mantra's are short, uplifting and easy to remember, or put on a post-it. Then there is the artwork by Rassouli. Beautiful images that shift one's perception from the waking world back to the realm of dream time. I feel the images are meant to be experienced more than simply observed. With half an effort, one is easily transported to a 'bigger' realm of reality than normally experienced during waking hours. I tend to interpret dreams in a broader way than focusing on a particular component but this deck is very insightful and makes me think of interpretations that would not readily come to mind.
