Review: Made a huge difference in my cycle - This tea has made a tremendous difference in my menstrual cycle (after prayer, of course)!! I was having severe menstrual cramps before I found this. After drinking this the week before my period and the week of my period, my cramps are barely there, non-existant, in fact, most days. I drink 1-2 cups/day leading up to my period and 3-4 cups/day during my period. After following this regimen for about two months, I noticed the menstrual cramps were almost gone but the back pain was still pretty bad. After doing some research, I tried Traditional Medicinals' chamomile tea in combination with the raspberry leaf tea (and a spoonful of honey). The week before my period, I started drinking a bag of the raspberry leaf and a bag of the chamomile together in the morning and again in the evening. Once my period started, I resumed this regimen. Not only is my back pain gone, but my mood swings of irritability have lessened tremendously (combining the raspberry leaf and chamomile). I feel much calmer and pain free, hallelujah!! So grateful to have found this tea!
