On another note the taste of these is almost unbearably off-putting when you stick it into your mouth as it spreads across your mouth it's pretty disgusting tasting and then all of a sudden you don't taste it so much it gets much much more mild as you suck on it and your mouth just feels and tastes clean as your sucking on it. I would say if you can get through about the first 30 seconds with this in your mouth you will be just fine. I only knocked one star off because of the taste but that doesn't matter to me I want the effect.
