How high will it sit above the dust cover?** A: That will vary based off of the model you own. Typically its very close to the dust cover so you can still use the iron sights. **Q: Will this fit a century arms?** A: Yes, as long as it has the standard side rail to clamp on to. **Q: Will this fit a romanian psl?** A: If it has a standard style side scope mount like the AK 103 or AK74 it will work. Not familiar with the Romanian psl but from the pictures I saw it should work. I will warn you I ended up going with a midwest industries scope mount because the locking mechanism would come loose after 10 rounds.
