One can should fill in around a good amount of rocks if used as intended. I had a small leak in my koi pond waterfall (a rock worked loose) and this worked beautifully for that repair. **Q: Is is safe for my fish pond** A: Yes - very safe for fish ponds. I've used it on both our fish ponds for years and no issues. **Q: will it work on WET surface** A: I believe the surface should be dry and clear of dirt/grease/algae,etc. when it is applied.
