But this was so affordable I thought I'd give it a go. This deployant has a strong retention and I spent a few minutes trying to force it open without the pushers. That's to say, it definitely will stay closed! As far as comfort, the hinge area is well rounded and doesn't have much sharp edges so no problems there. The single piece design on the bottom also prevents skin grabbing. However, the stainless steel cover over the pushers (circled blue in the photo) is somewhat sharp. It's not sharp enough to be fully uncomfortable but it does make it's presence known occasionally. Thickness isn't too bad either. Overall, the clasp does its job protecting my leather strap and staying secured. It's fairly comfortable but not the most comfortable deployant I've used. But it was very cheap.
