A: This printer only prints in black on white, yellow and clear paper. We have the QL800 / QL810W / QL820NWB which can print red and black. We also have the VC500W which can print in full colour.

**Q: Will this print labels from a database of selected addresses or does each address have to be selected one by one?**
A: The software which comes with the Brother QL-600R enables a user to import content from both Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, so you can create a file that allows you to 'stream' a list of address labels in one process.

**Q: Does this label printer require ink cartridges?**
A: No, this printer uses direct thermal printing technology. The thermal head will heat the labels showing the text/images you print so there is no expensive ribbon, ink or toner to replace.

**Q: Do the labels come with the device or do you need buy them separately?**
