Review: Another Wall Anchor - There are many types of wall anchors. Some like "Molly bolts" and "Toggle bolts" are quite secure in hollow walls, but useless in solid walls. Some like "Tapcon", "RedHead, and "Strike Anchors" only work in solid walls. These DuoPower plug anchors are light weight anchors that will function in both solid or hollow walls. The manufacturer says they adapt to almost any material, or material thickness. They are a great improvement over plastic anchors. I have occasionally had various problems over the years with nearly all anchor types. The Fischer DouPower anchors have so far, been very well behaved. Consult the instructions for the best results. You will also need the correct size drill bit, designed for the material you are installing the anchors into.
Review: Excellent - These worked perfectly on thick ceramic wall tile for grab bars. Tough plastic design that locks in the hole super tight with absolutely no spinning. Great product, the only ones I will purchase from now on. Very pleased.

**Q: How pounds is this anchor rated for?**
A: Hi! Thanks for your question. Up to 55lb per single plug.

**Q: Will these work on thin paneling such as hollow doors or RV walls?**
A: I’m not sure. They are pretty deep (over 1 inch)  and not sure if they would compress enough to hold securely on thin panel. For that purpose I would use another style mollie that is made to compress with greater rear support.

**Q: Are the screws stainless or zinc coated?**
A: Stainless steel

**Q: Can these be used with # 6 screws?**
A: Hello, thanks for the question. 
#6 screw would run small for the 5/16", we recommend #8-#12 for this plug size.
