This carrier went together fairly easily. Pay attention when you're putting the bottom hinges in! (They do come back out using a pair of needle-nose pliers.) It can be completely disassembled for storage. There are plastic loops intended for a shoulder strap which I think would be useless with a 20# pet in the carrier. It seems sturdy otherwise. I do not like the handle and will probably build some sort of cushion to protect my hand. I do not like how the feet are molded, leaving indentations in the floor as they will not be easily cleaned of pet waste. Good ventilation. Fair price. Picture of intended transport customer.
