Printed some of the sheets over a week before using, and just kept in a freezer ziplock bag until I applied the day before I served them. The 2nd day after I had applied them they were starting to stick slightly to the plastic bag I gave them away in, so just put a piece of wax paper over the top of the cookie. Four days after applying the cookies still look great and taste good (stored in ziplock bags with wax paper over the tops).
