Great optics, even up towards the max magnification. Tough too, dropped it a couple times due to difficulty getting the rather inadequate tripod that comes with the scope. Time is at dawn so there is scattered light. The zoom is at full power on the window. This shows the field of view and focus. The FOV is only about 10 ft. The window is a standard 24” wide. The focus is ok, the glass is a little dim. I would not use this for nature watching at full zoom.
