The sound cuts in and out while playing music or being on the phone...on top of that, the mic doesnt work. The use of these earphones could not have been any gentler, there was no sudden movements or jolting action. I paid a little more for these at the time I bought them as I thought they would be made better, I read the reviews and now that it's 2 months later, I do not have the box and they cannot be returned. If you are considering purchasing them, I would not pay more than $20 for them as I could have got some from the store that would have lasted just as long. Even with the smallest rubber tip, they don't go into my ear canal. I'm not sure they're supposed to? They just seem to lie in the "bowl" of my ear and point towards my ear canal. Weird. They sound okay, but I don't think they are "premium" sound quality. I certainly don't think they're worth the $29.99 I paid for them. Some of the cheap earbuds I have sound better. Also the "remote" control doesn't work. I have an iPhone 6s so I'm using them with an Apple product. I can pause music with the remote button, but the up and down volume buttons do nothing. Definitely not worth $29.99.
