I use it as a daily carry bag for walking around my city. I particularly like the minimalist exterior appearance and subtle profile. Unlike many other messenger-style and computer/tablet bags, the Spree is restrained and professional in its design and look.The interior of the bag, on the other hand, is fully featured. There's a well-padded floating pocket for electronics, as well as numerous zip pockets and slots for your stuff. All interior surfaces are lined with a soft fabric. I think the most interesting aspect of the design, though, is that the flap can be used to increase the capacity of the main compartment. It's actually an extension of the main compartment. Flip it up when you have lots of stuff to carry and a zippered slit that is hidden in the edge of the flap becomes the top of the bag. Brilliant and a feature other messenger bag makers, with their usually non-functional flaps, ought to adopt as well.A glaring omission, however, is that the Spree does not come with a strap pad. At this price point, I think Côte&Ciel should provide a pad that matches the rest of the bag. It's a little strange because C&C's focus is on aesthetics and fashion; slapping a plastic strap pad with another company's cheesy logo on the Spree goes against what C&C stands for.Four stars.----------Note: the Spree is made in several different fabrics, in both polyester and cotton. Eco Yarn, as mentioned in the Product Information, is 100% polyester.
