I quit smoking 5 years ago after smoking for more than 20 years! Anyway, to my surprise, every time I used it, I saw a difference. For me I had to be consistent and use all the syringes (I'm on my last one now.) But all of the sudden I realized my teeth are white, it's not Hollywood white yet but not yellow, not grey, white! Long story short, this works and I don't write reviews much but do read them to try and do my research, especially when buying something that costs a little. As you can see in this photo, I have one tooth that is slightly darker because it is set further back from the rest of my teeth, so I need to do some more whitening of course, but if you saw the before- which I'm sorry I don't have because I never thought this would work, you wouldn't believe it.
