I caught the mistake the very next day and called customer service, but nothing was done—$65 completely lost, which was really disappointing. After that experience, I finally found this pair. When they arrived, they looked huge at first, and I was worried they wouldn’t fit. Turns out, they fit him perfectly. Same easy comfort he loved in his original pair, and he’s been wearing them constantly. Love the shoes themselves—just wish the direct ordering experience had matched the quality of the product, the address mistake was with Sanuk.
