    Defective product and seller does not honor refund agreement.  Too bad.

I have purchased many Isavela products because they are typically high quality.  Unfortunately I received this garment that had defective velcro that cut into my skin.  This seller approved the refund based on this issue.  However, they did not honor their word and the refund agreement.
