Review: Great value 1 year on. - I've had this tap for just under a year and am very happy with it. Positives: Looks very smart in the grey brushed steel. Easy to clean. The removable aerator has a seamless appearance in the grey brushed steel option. Smooth spout turning and lever. Installation was tricky under the sink and required adaptor hoses. Am in the UK and luckily these are available locally to me. Am now looking for matching bath taps with shower attachment to complete the set. 🤞

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this bathroom basin mixer tap compatible with UK plumbing?**
A: The tap has two 50 cm G3/8 flexible tails and includes adaptors for standard UK G1/2 water supplies. Fit the supplied seals and keep each hose in a gentle curve without twisting or kinking.

**Q: Will this high-rise basin tap fit a countertop basin?**
A: With a 180 mm spout height and 360° swivel spout, this bathroom sink mixer tap suits many countertop and vessel basins. The stream falls almost vertically, so check the tap-hole position and bowl opening before ordering.

**Q: How can I avoid leaks when installing the basin mixer tap?**
A: Flush the hot and cold supply pipes first, position every washer flat and tighten the connections evenly without overtightening. Keep the G3/8 flexible hoses untwisted to support steady water flow and reliable sealing.

**Q: How should I clean the brushed stainless steel bathroom tap?**
A: Wipe the SUS304 stainless steel tap with a soft damp cloth and dry it after use, especially in hard-water areas. Avoid bleach, acidic cleaners, wire wool and abrasive pads, which may damage the brushed finish.
