There is a leak around the center drain. Can I use this to cover the entire roof, including the drain?** A: Because this is intended for metal application, I'm unsure as to it's adhesion properties in relation to asphalt butid guess it would probably be ok. As far as the drain, especially since you report an already existing leak, I think personally I would get at it from above and hit all the drain holes as well as the outer seam of the drain with a silicone water resistant caulk, maybe even a coat of tar or rubber over top of that, before applying this as a top coat. **Q: How much surface area will this cover?** A: Let me ask my customer, I just supplied to my account in the island.
