During my test, the connection was stable and the voice commands worked without any noticeable lag. The brightness is solid for a smart bulb, and it responded perfectly to dimming and switching on/off via the Echo. Even though it’s sitting as a backup for now, I’m confident it’ll do the job when I decide to swap out my current bulbs. Review: Old fashioned customer service - I purchased this bulb almost 2 years ago. It was easy to set up. If you have Alexa, you just have to screw it in, turn it on and say Alexa find new devices; and that’s it. The bulb worked perfectly but then suddenly it lost the Bluetooth signal. I tried to reinstall it many times but the signal wouldn’t hold. I emailed Sengled customer service and advised them of my problem. I emailed them a snapshot of my purchase through desertcart. She asked a couple of questions to see if I tried reinstalling it. After that she requested the model number and my mailing address. She then confirmed she mailed out a replacement later that week. It’s rare to get this level of customer service nowadays. Excellent company!

I purchased this bulb almost 2 years ago. It was easy to set up. If you have Alexa, you just have to screw it in, turn it on and say Alexa find new devices; and that’s it. The bulb worked perfectly but then suddenly it lost the Bluetooth signal. I tried to reinstall it many times but the signal wouldn’t hold. I emailed Sengled customer service and advised them of my problem. I emailed them a snapshot of my purchase through Amazon. She asked a couple of questions to see if I tried reinstalling it. After that she requested the model number and my mailing address. She then confirmed she mailed out a replacement later that week. It’s rare to get this level of customer service nowadays. Excellent company!
