When complete, which can take about five minutes to about twenty minutes, it prepares a pdf file with the document and instructions on how to complete it with the required signatures and notary, if necessary. It also has a short explanation of terms and sections of the will to allow you to understand what exactly you’re setting up. It will do this for all documents you prepare. I would highly recommend this product. Not only is it easy, but it cuts through a lot of legalese so an average layperson can understand what it says. There may still be a lot of legal terminology, but since you “wrote” it, you understand what is in it and what it does based on your decisions. It also allows you to update the documents as your life changes by changing just what needs to change. One other feature, if you and your spouse both make wills which are essentially identical, after you complete one, it asks if your spouse would like an identical will. If you select “yes”, it uses all the information already put into your will to create the second one. Literally takes a minute to create the second will with you replacing your wife as executor. It does give you the basis of writing the will, however, I suggest you follow up with a lawyer.
