It dries quickly and is great to pack up when traveling. I have had it about a year, I took the wood part out which makes it a little more difficult to hold, but not that big of an issue for me. It is much lighter and stays cleaner because the wood doesn’t have a chance to get wet. Very durable; have been using for about a year on my trips and haven’t had any issues. It doesn’t foam the soap as much as other products so if this is an issue, maybe look for something else.
