Review: Scaffold Tower - The scaffold tower I received arrived quickly, and with no damage. I used it the next day, and it is well made, very sturdy, and easy to put together and to disassemble. Can be used 5 feet up and 10 feet up with protective barrier at top for safety. Should last for decades. Review: Damaged product & bad customer service - I purchased a Metaltech SAFERSTACK Complete 2-Section High Tower Scaffolding System, Model Number M-MRT5710, July 2024. When I received the product, several pieces (a cross brace end, the span, and one piece of the frame) were bent and some pieces were missing. The biggest problem was that one of the side piece of the frame was bent so much that it would not connect the lower and upper frames to make it 2 sections tall (see picture). I was able to straighten the bent end of the cross brace myself, and I've been using the span with it being a little curved, but I could not fix the frame myself. When I tried to contact the company to get one replacement frame piece they emailed me a couple of times, but nothing was ever done to complete my request. Since the frame is bent I will never be able to use the top section because of it not connecting into the bottom section. It is now mid December and I have yet to have my problem resolved by Metaltech. I wouldn’t recommend this product with the plat form with hand rails for household use.
