The building quality is really good. Much, much better than other famous brand that I had in the past, and that after a couple of months of intermittent use it started leaking from the bottom. The only thing that is not very well described in the instructions is how much water you should put in the device. There's a change in the internal diameter, but if you fill with water just until that level, the milk doesn't comes warm enough. We now add water until it reaches the same height than the milk in the bottle and now it works like a charm.
