I read about it and watched a few videos and thought, okay, I'll give it a try. I really didn't expect a lot, but I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it actually does work. Now that I know what it is, I see it all the time on TV. The dancers on So You Think You Can Dance use it a lot and now I know why. If you have some muscle soreness or tendonitis injuries, give it a try. I'm glad I did. I feel that it was a huge help in getting my tendonitis pain under control. If you decide to try this tape, go watch some youtube videos on how to apply the tape correctly for your condition.
