A: Yes, there is a version with just a small patch on the pocket.  All CH T's are wicked loose.  So loose it could pose a safety hazard for some occupations.  Mine are "Made In Guatemala" not the US.  Dickie's is better stuff if you really want to work and aren't a poser.  CH is not what it used to be.

My husband loves these shirts, and at this point that's saying something because we own at least nine of them. When we find something that fits well and holds up, we stick with it. One of the best features is the length. They're long enough to stay tucked in and don't ride up when he's bending, reaching, or working. The material is also thicker than many other t-shirts, which helps when he's working outdoors and around brush since it doesn't snag or catch as easily as thinner fabrics.
