Looking at the bag, unless you read Japanese, it won't tell you much. There are very few English words on the package. If you want to know more about this product, you are going to have to read the product listing here. From reading the product listing, there are 120 tablets per bag, with the recommended serving being 2 tablets, twice a day, 30 minutes before eating.Reading the description here also tells me that the tablets contain, "multi-enzymes, 232 natural vegetables & fruits, L-carnitine, forskohlii powder". It's interesting to read that it contains L-Carnitine, and I am curious as to the amount, how many mg, but I cannot find any information on the listing here.The tablets have a light coating on them and are easy to swallow. It's about on the level with other similar products I've had from Japan. The price is OK for 30 days worth of this product imported from Japan. What really needs to be done, however, is some English language paperwork needs to be included with the product. Also, expanding the listing here with more information would be helpful. There is an English language Supplement Facts image included on the listing here, and I am unsure why a paper such as that was not included with this item, as it lets a person know more about the product, such as the fermented extracts. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A small bag enzyme, must swallowed *by D***. on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on February 23, 2021* The ISDG diet enzyme 120 ct tablet packed in a very small zipper bag, and they are all in Japanese characters. There are no notes on how to eat and ingredients in English. I only see how to take it on the product listing. After eating for a few days, I don’t feel any great effect. I haven't seen anything that can burn fat.
