I imagined it taste somewhat like children vitamins, but it does not have that ‘vitamin’ flavor at all. UVO is refreshing. My other concern was nausea, I do not take vitamins because they upset my stomach…I did not feel any nausea whatsoever. I also do not wear sunblock because it feels heavy on my skin, as if its clogging my pores…but I am concerned about preserving my skin, this is a great remedy.I offered UVO to my 10 year old, he loved it!My son plays outside daily, UVO is now part of his daily routine. I am a working mom, it is highly unlikely that he will apply the appropriate amount of sun block before he goes outdoors, this is the perfect solution. He drinks half a bottle before going outside, I have piece of mind knowing that he has sun protection whether he sweats while playing basketball or decides to jump in the pool. They twist open and the bottles have a nice design.I wasn`t sure about the taste of them but I really like the Orange Peach taste and they do not have a bad aftertaste.I store them in the fridge and recommend to drink them cold/chilled and shake well before drinking.No artificial flavors, naturally sweetened, gluten free.One bottle is suppose to give you 3-5 hours of sun protection.I live in Florida and we have sun all year. I am not sure if this supplement is really helping in regards to sun protection but I definitely feel safer with this supplement when I go to a water park or cut lawns and I am in direct sun for a few hours.I really like the ingredients in this drink: Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Niacin, Folate, Biotin, Zinc, Selenium, Cooper, Sodium, Bilberry Fruit Extract, Grape Seed Extract, Milk Thistle Extract to name some of them.I appreciate that this supplement is Made in the USA.For a little under $50, I rate this Sun Protection Supplement four out of five stars.I am thrilled I received this product at a discounted price for my honest and unbiased review.
