Review: Superb, Tasting, Water. MUST BUY!!!! - First off, I’m a believer of Alkaline Water. All of its benefits are worth the price. I’ve purchased a Kangen water system that cost thousands of dollars, I wished I bought the DYLN first. This product offers a quality product, great results at the fraction of the cost. The idea is novel, yet simple, and highly effective. Follow the instructions on activating your filter or you won’t get the desired results. Removal of the filter is a little tricky, but it gets easier over time. The ergonomics of the bottle is perfect. Funny how a slightly curved shaped makes all the difference in the world. I’ve had many water bottles in my life and this DYLN is superb on the performance of product. It keeps your water cold for long periods of time and I find myself keeping this bottle full at ALL times. What’s the most noticeable is the taste of water when I don’t drink it from my DYLN. You’ll definitely taste the difference. The one drawback is lids. They only offer a standard screw on lid or a straw lid with spout. It’s tricky to wash the rim of the bottle when you’re not supposed to expose your filter to soap. I’ve never been a straw/spout fan, but a chugging lid would go a long way. Despite this one suggestion, you should buy this product. ‘Ive already purchased two more bottles as presents and I’m sure they’ll be just as satisfied as I am. The founders brother DYLN, would be proud to have his name and memory represented with something that can give you full health benefits and positively impact the environment.

**Q: How do you wash? I typically wash my gallon jug every other day.**
A: We recommend hand washing your Bottle, VitaBead Diffuser, and Wide-mouth Cap with organic plant-based soap. Please note that the DYLN Bottle is not designed to be dishwasher safe (Bottle, Diffuser and Wide-mouth Cap). Dishwashers can reach high enough temperatures that it may impact the scratch-resistant paint of the exterior and compromise the insulation benefit.

**Q: Can I put lemon in it?**
A: Thank you for your interest, you can add additives to the DYLN bottle, we do however recommend not adding anything that might leave any physical residue or sugar residue since that might impair the vitabeads.

**Q: How does it make water alkaline? What's in the diffuser?**
A: magnesium, tourmaline, silica, and zinc
I’m not sure as to the amounts or if there are other ingredients since that is proprietary to the company.

**Q: How often do you have to replace the alkaline component?**
A: We recommend replacing your Diffuser every 3 months on average, depending on your daily usage. As each Diffuser creates 300 liters of alkaline water, you can register your DYLN Bottle to track and be reminded when it’s time for replacement based on your personal daily water consumption. This way, you can focus on staying hydrated and we’ll do the accounting.
