A: No, because this is for after the baby is born. This will help with lactation a well. If anything it’s more like a multivitamin. It does help a little with regulation, probably cause it doesn’t have as much iron as a prenatal

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Finally Feeling "Normal" Again Postpartum

Disclaimer: The tablets are larger and taste like vitamins. I don't have a problem swallowing pills and I don't really care how it tastes, so I don't have any issue with it, but wanted to mention it! They also do cause pretty intense gas. Hoping that will pass as my body adjusts to taking these daily. I have been taking my regular prenatals (different brand) for the first 6 months postpartum. I never really felt refreshed or productive. I have been taking these for about a week now and suddenly I feel energized. I feel like myself and like I can focus better and get things done without feeling like I need a nap after 10 minutes of work. As an added benefit, I love that these help me ensure that my baby is getting proper nutrients from my breastmilk. I did notice that the dose of Vitamin D is rather low so I am going to begin supplementing that in addition, but otherwise this is a great choice of supplement for postpartum!
