This is a replica Item. This cutter is fake I have had to spend 245 on technician from Acoustic to come out to troubleshoot the machine. To my surprise the technician found that this is a dummy machine. Just like they sale dummy phone or computers this thing will never work because it's hollow nothing is in it. I have been told that I would receive a new machine, a refund, or someone in Atlanta will bring me a better one than I paid for. It's been over 90days neither has happened. I am at my end with this all the money spent 😤. I need my money back they can have this crap.
