It said soak for four hours in tepid water, no indication of temp given, the Internet suggested between 36 and 40 Celsius. It was soaked for 3.5 hours. Once removed from the water the root and six of the leaves dropped off under their own weight. It was put to one side and allowed to dry naturally, once again on removal several more leaves detached under their own weight. Plant is very fragile and I'm really not sure it will recover. No direct contact with seller available. Disappointing

Arrived today, has been soaked for an 1hr, now letting it dry before i can position on my drift wood with other airplants. Not as bright as i was expecting hoping that will change but still a lovely air plant. Happy with item. Seller responsed to my queries very quickly.
